A very special apartment situated on the first floor of the villa with a more then spectacular view. Sitting on the terrace, you can see Punta Negra, the sea, the gardens of Jardin El campo, the white rooftops of the village below and the mountains that surround Las Negras. The sea is visible at all times and is ever changing.

Imagine just out of bed having your first cup of coffee while the sun is rising from the deep waters, transforms the sea waters in to an ever-deeper colour of blue and greeting you with her “good morning” soft sun rays.

In the evening, the increasable sunset behind the mountains transforms the seawater into a mirror that reflects the sunrays into a display of ever changing colours.

Actually this magnificent accommodation is more then a small penthouse with a big terrace covered with a pergola.

The living room has huge glass doors covering the whole width and height of the wall facing the sea. You can see and hear the sea from every single corner of the room. The living room is appointed with two Giorgetti chairs. A small Jan Des Bouvrie sofa, hand made carpets and especially cosy matching pastel colours on the walls. We have also chosen art works from the local artist Path Mingo to complete the ambiance. The apartment has its own satellite so you can receive European TV stations. The stereo installation is high quality and has a CD, radio and tape recorder.

The kitchen is found on the other side of the terrace and has a very different feel to it due to the use of local materials and colours. It has a natural stone worktop, a magnetron and many other kitchen appliances.

The splendid bedroom has a 200 x 200 cm queen size four-poster bed.

The colours in the bedroom are dominantly Regatta Blue and Papyrus White and match the fabrics that are used in the bedroom. Of course you have airco here.

The bathroom is tiled with nature stone tiles. We have placed a window that is situated in such a manner that you can actually enjoy the view while taking a shower. Naturally, there is also a toilet and a washbasin.
